I so appreciated Shine’s flexible approach – Hillary was happy to focus our time together however I most needed it. In my case, we focused heavily on a few initial essays that I could then tailor/tweak on my own time since I had a tight budget for advisor services. In addition, her rock-solid resume approach still amazes me and her insight into the short answer and extracurricular sections was invaluable (I was lost on how to handle those!).
